A warm welcome back to Charlie Miller! After years as a staff of five, Art-Reach is growing. Charlie re-joins the team as Director of ACCESS Philly, where he will manage our largest program: ACCESS Philly. Since its launch in 2014, ACCESS Philly has been used over 600,000 times to save Pennsylvania Access Cardholders nearly $9 million on admission to cultural sites. Charlie previously worked as Director of Programs and Deputy Director at Art-Reach from 2014 – 2018. We are so excited to have him back on the team to expand our reach within the disability community.
